Retreat Registration 

Terms and Conditions

By signing this Agreement and paying for the retreat, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms below. These rules exist to protect the rental property, keep costs fair for everyone, and keep the Knuckleheads going strong for decades to come.

 

1. Room Assignment & Transfer Policy

- You and only you have paid for the room you have selected. No other persons are involved in this agreement.

- No sharing, subletting, or allowing any unauthorized person, including significant others, children, friends, anyone, stay in your room at any time. 

- Room transfers are allowed only in these cases

  - If you cannot attend, you may transfer your paid room to someone on the official wait list.

  - The transfer must be approved

  - The new person must sign this Agreement.

- **No refunds** will be issued for any reason, including if you cannot attend and no suitable transfer is made.

 

2. Departure & Removal of All Belongings and Food

- You **must remove every single item** you brought (clothing, toiletries, chargers, coolers, food, drinks, trash, personal bedding, etc.) when you leave and by the required check-out time.

- **Nothing** may be left in your room, the refrigerator, freezer, pantry, or any common area.

- The house must be left in the same condition you found it (or better).

 

3. Check-In / Check-Out Times

- Check-in: 4:00 PM Sunday March 21st

- Check-out: 10:00 AM Sunday March 28th

4. House Rules & Respect for the Property

- **Cleanliness**: Wipe down counters, load/unload the dishwasher as needed, take out trash daily

- **Damage**: You are financially responsible for any damage caused by you or anyone you bring into the house (walls, furniture, appliances, floors, etc.).

- **No Smoking Inside**: Smoking only in designated outdoor areas. Dispose of waste properly.

- **Kitchen & Food**: Clean up immediately after use. No food may remain after departure.

- **Guests**: No outside guests without approval.

- **Security**: Keep exterior doors locked. Do not share the door code or key with anyone.

- **Beach & Common Areas**: Follow all local beach access rules and be considerate of neighboring properties.

5. General Conduct & Mutual Respect

- Report any problems or damage to Wil immediately.

6. Liability & Waiver

- You participate at your own risk. The host and organizers are not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage to your personal property.

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless host or owner from any claims arising from your actions.

 

7. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

- Full payment is due 3 days after agreement acceptance by Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle or Apple Pay

- No Holds, first come first served only

- **No refunds** for early departure, no-shows, cancellations, or removal for rule violations.

- Room transfers to the wait list are the only way to reassign a paid spot.

- If the entire event is canceled by the host, participants will receive a refund minus any non-refundable deposits paid to the rental company.

8. Family Meals

- Family meal dinners are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Any additional funds from retreat payments goes towards family dinners.
